About Me

I am a nationally certified massage therapist and a Level II Reiki practitioner.  My work is client centered which means that each session is carefully designed to meet the needs of each individual.  Swedish, deep tissue, Hot Stone and the Muscle Release Technique^sm are the modalities that I specialize in.  In 2005 I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute with 600 hours of classroom training and soon became a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I am also a graduate of Montgomery College and the University of Maryland.   In addition to working with clients at Blueberry Gardens in Ashton, Maryland, I also see clients at an assisted living facility and a residential rehabilitation center.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, gardening and kayaking.
